About us
With fully qualified English speaking architects and planning consultants based throughout the country French Plans can offer full design and planning services for any size of project, anywhere in France.
Founded in 2002, and registered with the Ordre des Architectes we have over 20 years’ experience of working within the French planning system.
We will work with you to develop design proposals and produce all the drawings and documents required for planning application submissions. We will then submit and manage the application process for you and assist with all the necessary administration once your application is approved.
We can help with every type of planning application irrespective of size, the most common being: Permis de Construire (full planning), Déclaration Préalable (minor works), Certificat d’Urbanisme (outline permission), sécurité (fire regulations) and Accessibilité (disabled access).
